Key Features & View Modes
The inventory module provides two main view modes for managing your screens:
Table View
Grid and tabular display with search, filtering by status, sorting, pagination, and bulk management actions.
Interactive Map View
Geographic overview of screens with color-coded status pins, live popups, and side-panel screen details.
6-Step Registration Wizard
Guided 6-step setup process for registering new screens with accurate geocoding and technical specs.
Draft Management System
Auto-saving draft system that lets you resume registration progress anytime without losing data.
1. Table View & Device Operations
The Table View allows inventory managers to review and update display screens in bulk:

| Device Name & ID | Unique label and internal serial identifier. |
| Type & Venue | Categorization (e.g. Billboard, Indoor Display, Shopping Mall, Airport). |
| Location & Address | Street address, city, state, and pincode. |
| Resolution & Specs | Display resolution (e.g. 1920x1080) and physical orientation. |
| Quick Actions | Inline menu to edit screen parameters, view player health, or trigger server diagnostics. |
Filtering & Search
- Search Bar: Quick search by device name, ID, city, or venue.
- Filter Controls: Filter inventory by status (
Active,Offline,Maintenance,Draft), device type, or venue category. - Batch Actions: Select multiple screens to perform bulk operations (e.g.
Bulk Activate,Bulk Deactivate,Export CSV/JSON,Delete).
2. Interactive Map View
The Map View plots your display inventory geographically using precise latitude and longitude coordinates.
- Interactive Zoom & Pan: View nationwide or zoom into specific venue clusters.
- Marker Popups: Click any pin to see instant telemetry, current ad playing, and connectivity status.
- Side Detail Panel: Select a screen to view full hardware specs, resolution, contact person, and rate cards.
