Screen Registration Wizard
Step-by-step guide to registering digital screens, billboards, and monitors using the 6-step onboarding wizard.
The Screen Registration Wizard guides media owners and venue operators through adding new Digital Out-Of-Home (DOOH) screens to the FairAds AI Partner network.
To start registering a new display, navigate to Manage > Inventory in your partner portal and click + Add New Screen.
The 6-Step Onboarding Process
Step 1: Basic Information
Specify the fundamental metadata for your display unit.
- Screen / Device Name: A unique descriptive title for identifying the unit (e.g. North Atrium Billboard #1).
- Device Type: Select the venue display classification:
Digital Billboard: Outdoor roadside or rooftop LED displays.Indoor Display: Shopping mall, airport, or concourse screens.Retail Kiosk: Interactive or portrait screens in retail stores.Transit Display: Bus/train station screens or vehicle monitors.Street Furniture: Bus stop shelters, kiosks, or smart city pillars.
- Operating Hours: Specify screen playback schedules (e.g.
06:00 - 23:00or24/7 Continuous).
Use clear naming conventions including location and direction (e.g., Terminal 1 Gate 4 - East Face) to make campaign scheduling and troubleshooting easier.
Step 2: Location & Map Positioning
Accurate geolocation ensures advertisers can locate and target your screen in location-based programmatic campaigns.
- Street Address: Street 1, Street 2 (optional), City, State, and Pincode / Zip Code.
- Venue Category: Mall, Airport, Gym, Office Lobby, Gas Station, Transit Hub.
- Interactive Map Picker:
- Click on the interactive map to place a pin precisely at the screen's physical location.
- Latitude & Longitude coordinates auto-populate (e.g.,
Lat: 37.7749, Lng: -122.4194). - You can manually enter coordinates or fine-tune the pin placement.

Define how ad loops and time slots are packaged for programmatic buyers and direct advertisers.
- Scheduling Type:
Loop-based: Fixed-length loop (e.g., 60-second loop with 6x 10-second slots).Time-slot: Allocated time windows throughout the day.Programmatic / Floor Rate: Real-time bidding (RTB) auction per impression.Exclusive: Single campaign flight ownership.
- Slot Duration: Default ad slot length (e.g.,
10 seconds,15 seconds,30 seconds). - Minimum Booking Duration: Minimum allowable campaign flight time.
Step 4: Technical & Hardware Specifications
Provide display dimensions, resolution, and player software details to ensure ad creatives are rendered accurately.

Step 5: Business Information & Commercials
Establish commercial terms, pricing models, and primary contacts for advertisers.
- Rate Card Model: Define base pricing structure (CPM floor, Hourly rate, or Monthly package).
- Minimum Booking Amount: Minimum purchase requirement per campaign.
- Contact Details: Name, Email, and Phone number of the inventory manager.
- Terms & Conditions: Agree to FairAds network broadcast guidelines and content safety policies.
Step 6: Review & Final Submission
Review all configured details across all 5 previous sections.
- Validation Check: The wizard automatically validates missing or invalid fields.
- Save as Draft: Save your progress at any time to resume later.
- Complete & Submit: Click Submit Screen to register the device in your active inventory.
Registered screens immediately become visible in your Device Management Dashboard and Interactive Map.
