Step-by-step guide to registering digital screens, billboards, and monitors using the 6-step onboarding wizard.

The Screen Registration Wizard guides media owners and venue operators through adding new Digital Out-Of-Home (DOOH) screens to the FairAds AI Partner network.

To start registering a new display, navigate to Manage > Inventory in your partner portal and click + Add New Screen.

The 6-Step Onboarding Process

Step 1: Basic Information

Specify the fundamental metadata for your display unit.

  • Screen / Device Name: A unique descriptive title for identifying the unit (e.g. North Atrium Billboard #1).
  • Device Type: Select the venue display classification:
    • Digital Billboard: Outdoor roadside or rooftop LED displays.
    • Indoor Display: Shopping mall, airport, or concourse screens.
    • Retail Kiosk: Interactive or portrait screens in retail stores.
    • Transit Display: Bus/train station screens or vehicle monitors.
    • Street Furniture: Bus stop shelters, kiosks, or smart city pillars.
  • Operating Hours: Specify screen playback schedules (e.g. 06:00 - 23:00 or 24/7 Continuous).

Use clear naming conventions including location and direction (e.g., Terminal 1 Gate 4 - East Face) to make campaign scheduling and troubleshooting easier.

Step 2: Location & Map Positioning

Accurate geolocation ensures advertisers can locate and target your screen in location-based programmatic campaigns.

  • Street Address: Street 1, Street 2 (optional), City, State, and Pincode / Zip Code.
  • Venue Category: Mall, Airport, Gym, Office Lobby, Gas Station, Transit Hub.
  • Interactive Map Picker:
    • Click on the interactive map to place a pin precisely at the screen's physical location.
    • Latitude & Longitude coordinates auto-populate (e.g., Lat: 37.7749, Lng: -122.4194).
    • You can manually enter coordinates or fine-tune the pin placement.

    • Programmatic / Floor Rate: Real-time bidding (RTB) auction per impression.
    • Exclusive: Single campaign flight ownership.
